Hey do you have L's "Holy Letters". I'm placing my order this week and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it. |
Zero 7 - Simple Things is quite an addicting album...it's so layback.
I'm also digging Elbow - Cast Of Thousands...that's a pretty underrated album IMO. |
Gang of Four - Shrinkwrapped
Bought this for $1. Not bad, but not what I expected at all. Pretty dark album, even for GOF.
It's a good 3/5 I think. |
Nacho, you're a strange boy. Album: Generic Flipper is at least a 4!!!

Generic Flipper falls between 3.5-4.5 depending on the mood you're in. |
But you're a Melvins fan...
I'm not really into alt/indie but my freinds are. can some one just list a few good bands
thnx, P.S: Is sparta alt/indie cause their pretty good
Alt/Indie is a MASSIVE catch-all category including everything from Radiohead to Joy Division to Belle & Sebastian to the Killers. Alternative and Indie as genres alone are also vague descriptions which hold countless bands that can sound nothing alike. The bands I listed are all very good though. :) Sparta is would generally be considered alternative (along with many other things), yes. |

thnx, P.S: Is sparta alt/indie cause their pretty good
Alt/Indie is music like REM and the theme song to Pete and Pete. Or in general, any music you would play to try and impress a girl is probably alt/indie. |
Nirvana were a cool indie band, try starting there.
Anyways, I now see why Captain Beefheart is liked so much, took me long enough. |
