I liked that Kreator - Pleasure To Kill alot, can you recommend me some more thrash albums? thanks :thumb:
Buy Sodom - Persecution Mania, Exodus - Bonded by Blood, Overkill - Horrorscope.

ForiegnPenguin 03-22-2005 05:05 PM

Endless Pain maybe

RCA 03-22-2005 05:08 PM

I think it's funny that when someone asks for recommendations, we're all here to give them to them, quite rapidly.

User: I was wondering...

10 Members of the Titans: THIS ONE! THIS ONE! NO THIS ONE! BUY THIS OR DIEEEE!!!

whatduffhuck7 03-22-2005 05:10 PM

titans of thrash are good people

RCA 03-22-2005 05:14 PM

Yes we are, keep up the coolness everyone. :thumb:

LordDargon 03-22-2005 05:15 PM

 that was classic.

There is just too much* good thrash out there. I am finding new bands every day.

Wargasm any good?

*a satisfying amount

RCA 03-22-2005 05:22 PM

Wargasm are good, check em' out.

ForiegnPenguin 03-22-2005 05:24 PM

You're damn right.

ForiegnPenguin 03-22-2005 05:29 PM

Does anyone have Alive in Athens, I want to get it but figured I should check here first.

RCA 03-22-2005 05:44 PM

Naw, I don't have it. I hear it's a solid release though, so you should take a chance and buy it.

Err... look at the last line of my post again, plzkthx :)

RCA: What's up with the avatar now? I hope you're not knuckling under to some pansy-ass or anything. (not that I'm accusing you, but that's just how it appears at first glance.)
Never mind, I just saw that it was your own idea. Carry on \m/

You guys should follow RCA and make your avatar's more original. Serious y0.

It is kind of annoying how they're all identical... if the other guys want to spice theirs up, they can though.

A good portion of MX is now up in arms about this.
/me sits back and watches

ForiegnPenguin 03-22-2005 07:15 PM

Avatars are for squares.

Np Destruction-Total Desaster 2000

ThrashMaster27 03-22-2005 07:26 PM

You've caused an Anti-League. I've seen a "Death to Death to Posers" and a "Dargon Is a Faggot" avatar now.

RCA 03-22-2005 07:29 PM

Yeah, the sign avatars are now widely used.

ForiegnPenguin 03-22-2005 07:31 PM

You've guys have started a revolution.

RCA 03-22-2005 07:38 PM
You've guys have started a revolution.
Sad, as I don't know whether to feel proud or disappointed about it.

ThrashMaster27 03-22-2005 07:48 PM

Yeah, it's not really very good is it. Anybody ever heard any Chilean Thrash? I was on Audiostreet the other day and the thing was packed with it. Not too good mind you, which was a shame.

NP: Nocturnal Fear - Holocaust The Heretic

RCA 03-22-2005 07:49 PM

Nope, never heard any Chilean thrash. I'll look around M-A for some bands to check out though.

This guy knows the score.

If it's about this Death To Poseurs thing I've been seeing tonight(Been gone for a few days), disappointed, on account of it being for childish retards. You're better than that.

RCA 03-22-2005 08:07 PM

Well, I thought it would just be an avatar/usertitle thing only, as my usertitle was "DTP" before Dargon got the clan idea. Actually looking for so-called MX poseurs was never my intention.

In no time though, the whole thing got blown out of proportion.

ThrashMaster27 03-22-2005 08:20 PM

I knew it'd turn out like it did, that's why I kept away from the start. Was like a bomb waiting to explode, especially funny reading up on it. Anyway, I'm listening to Brotherhood by Hobbs Angel of Death and the Riff at 1:55 is a neckbreaker! I love it, one of my faves. Very Punkish, but good.

RavenousMetalist87 03-22-2005 08:44 PM

I stuck to the original Titans of Thrash status.

I had an odd feeling I'd be a poseur if I tried to be a part of "Death To Poseurs".

Today though was a bitch, probably failed my performance portion of the tech exam, but I was at school almost until 5:30, just trying to fix that drawing...gah I hate designing crap.

So normally as I would be all whacked out and hyper, I'm pissed and angered because I didn't get to eat, I had to piss, and I was really pissed about the way the drawing was coming out.

Luckily, I have some thrash to listen to :) . That'll make it all better.

Edit: Make that one of the best thrash bands from America...

Yes...that's right...OVERKILL!

*listens to !!!**** YOU!!! (And Then Some)

Freezing Moon 03-22-2005 09:20 PM

Ravenous Metalist, thanks again for the Coroner album, it owns.

The first track blows me away every time I listen to it, great stuff.

NP: Exodus - Blacklist

Anyone have the new Kreator cd? Enemy of god.

Thoughts?

I got it last friday and I must say it kicks massive ***.

RCA 03-22-2005 10:04 PM

It isn't that good IMO.
