Ventriloquist 10-19-2009 08:47 AM

It's a 1929 film by Salvador Dali and some other person that I can't remember his/her name.

Jaundice 10-19-2009 08:49 AM

They actually sliced a goat's eye. Special effects, you know.

The lady eventually lit herself on fire and burned to death anyway though.
Did you finally watched El Angel Exterminador, Alex?
Nah, i'll have to remember to look for it some where.

And tim, it's worth mentioning that bad things happening to my eyes is literally my biggest fear and it didn't bother me.

Txus 10-19-2009 08:55 AM

If you can't find it I can rip it and upload the movie, Alex. It's really good, also watch Buñuel's Simon del Desierto if you haven't already, excellent film and you can see where Jodorowsky got a lot of his inspiration.

And Where the Wild Things Are was ****ing fantastic guys, saw that last night.

TimJim 10-19-2009 08:56 AM

Its such a great movie, I love the fact that kids today won't probably like it but if you grew up with the books you will probably love it and cry, hah. My gf loved it too. Gonna watch Paranormal Activity today, hope it doesn't suck dick like I've heard.

Jaundice 10-19-2009 09:00 AM

jaundice: wtf man, im not even american and my dad read the book to me like daily haha

AA-12 10-19-2009 09:11 AM

the book was a nightly thing for me through my childhood.

i was teary eyed the whole time :3

Jaundice 10-19-2009 09:16 AM

i certainly feel left out

when i was a kid i really liked those books with the talking elephants , and the one where the girl couldn't paint a picture cause the cat knocked over the easel
