^^^ I second all of that.

AVA has a message, they are trying to make the world a better place. Even if they don't succeed, which they probably wont, that is a wonderful thing to do. And I couldn't care less what they look like, they could be japensese midgets with moehawks and g-strings on for all I care.

B 04-07-2006 09:45 PM

I listen to a japanese band they are really good.

And an Icelandic one (much more popular than the former)

poo-poo-pee-pee 04-07-2006 09:51 PM
Nope. I imagine look on limewire(or whatever program you use) or wait for "poo-poo-pee-pee" to come on and upload it for you, because I know he has it. Or maybe someone else might.
I'd be more than happy to. Just one problem..

How do you upload stuff? :p :upset:

B 04-07-2006 10:08 PM

no that doesnt work.

use http://www.yousendit.com and it will give you a link to the file.

it takes a minute to upload though

poo-poo-pee-pee 04-07-2006 10:08 PM

K, I'll see what I can do..

Edit: Alright, take two. Does this one work?

I just watched the video for The Adventure on you tube. As lame as this sounds, i'm fuckin relieved to see Tom playing guitar in it.

Bad Blood 04-08-2006 02:54 AM

Ton isn't playing guitar in it...

Fire Away 04-08-2006 03:10 AM

He is, for like, half a second...

poo-poo-pee-pee 04-08-2006 03:49 AM

Will someone please tell me if my link ^^ up yonder worked or not?

yourstruly 04-08-2006 03:49 AM

He was playing a white gibson in a few shots. For Blink 182 fans, you guys are pretty angry/spiteful dudes.

!MuDvAyNiAn! 04-08-2006 05:21 AM

i havnt listened to that much of theyre new bands but i just think they arnt the same without each other

Kif 04-08-2006 05:26 AM

Blink-182 fans can't accept that Blink-182 is dead. They had a good run though, so whatever.

I'll see what their new bands are like, but honestly, I've gotten over most of their work. Box Car Racer and Transplants were always the best things they did aside from Blink-182, but that's just my opinion. I don't like AAA's new single, nor do I like Plus 44's song which is up. I'll listen to the albums, but I'm not expecting much. There are far better bands to be looking forward to this year

!MuDvAyNiAn! 04-08-2006 05:48 AM

i can accept theyre dead though, i wasnt that bothered to be really honest but im just saying that they are much better when theyre together.

Shadius 04-08-2006 06:16 AM

Tom's voice is still as whiney and nasal as ever.

That guitar riff is "okay" in their single, apart from that it sounds like heavily produced pop rock in a similar studio sound to Coldplay's new album. ie: Spacey, but not much music to back it up.
You guys sure do love arguing over nothing don't you?

Tom may be a crazy son of a bitch who's got his head up his ***..But I like him even more now than I have before.

His new "Image" which seems to matter to you guys (Apparently you can't accept the fact that clothes don't affect a person's mind) is better. As fun as Pop-punk was, I think the way he's heading with AVA is awesome, it may sound not totally different, but at the same time you have to admit you can't find another band like them.

So Tom, if your reading this forum (Which you aren't) atta' go kid..Even though you're older than me lol

Ps. Leather jackets=KICK ASS
Yeah I agree, I just think its weird that Tom says he is creating sumthing fresh and new, then he says that he studied U2 and Coldplay songs to try and see what makes them good. I totally dig Tom and AVA and I love what Ive heard so far, although I cant wait to see what kind of public reaction this gets. It will be interesting to see if people take him seriously, bearing in mind his hilarious past antics.

Surtr 04-08-2006 08:58 AM

Well..He has created something new, but familiar at the same time.

DJ Ducksauce 04-08-2006 09:38 AM

I can probably never take Tom seriously. He looks so retarded in the AVA video.

Surtr 04-08-2006 10:54 AM

You look so retarded in the AVA video!..Uhh..I need a new comeback lol

I like 'new' Tom.

I tihnk it's cool how he's taking it all seriously for a change, but overall, imo he's turned into a bit of an arse.

Ew. Old Thomas Delonge for the win.

I was in the old one. Take that. :p

poo-poo-pee-pee 04-08-2006 04:34 PM

I prefered Tom when he had more of an "I don't give a f'uck" attitude.

But I still think he's cool now, as he's trying to do something new, and special.

Though he does seem like a bit of an *** when he said s'hit like "we're gonna change the world", and "help us achieve world domination".

I'm kinda scared that he'll become the next hitler... Haha.

yourstruly 04-08-2006 04:40 PM

Tom means well, I mean he helped try to get Bush out of office, which was rad. Who really cares though, he can be whoever he wants to be.

That's a good way to say it. Haha. Leave him alone, and let him do what he wants. It his decision. Stop critisising his every move.

Watched the music video....the song is awesome.

I dont really care what Tom looks like....but for the record, he does look pretty much the exact same as he did during the Self Titled era.

Now Pluss 44 just needs to release a song.

They've got a song called No It Isn't.
It was released back in December.
There's a fansite with it on, I can't remember the link though. Someone else may be able to help though.

MattSharpIsCool 04-08-2006 05:27 PM

Shows how much I've been in the loop as of late...

poo-poo-pee-pee 04-08-2006 05:45 PM

They got it every where...

http://www.plus-44.com

http://www.myspace.com/plus44online

http://www.myspace.com/rollerpig

...I'm not listing 'em. Haha.

Edit: Okay the 'myspace' ones are pissed off. They hate me. But the first one works.
