All I can say to you guys that are starving for Tool news (me included) is that when we hear the album... it'll be one massive dose of heroin. Tool might take their sweet time between albums (an average of 4 years) but they make up for what they release.

Indeed. Its actually good that they do this, Ive noticed that most bands that realease tons of albums suck and die out quickly. :thumb:

Yeah.. one band that has and is still great would have to be Iron Maiden.. they chugged out albums back in the 80's.. but they haven't gotten close to dying out.

Also Blair has a contract with the band, he can only say the stuff the band wants to say, if he says more hes out!

I forgot the site.. but they had a few Volto samples and a few of them I think were complete songs.. but as far as I know I don't think they have any CDs about.

I don't really dig Danny's drumming for Volto (though I still like it somewhat)... well it's easy to understand because he plays pretty basic in Volto.. not to basic.. but it's not Tool-Dannyesque, not even close IMO.

Volto is more jazz like wich is great. The best drummers ever were jazzist. I think.


Volto is also like a jam band, they really do play cause they enjoy it, not money really. They should realease a cd anyways.
