I have nerve damage to my heart so my resting heart rate is around 100 BPM.

I have nerve damage in my finger...uh i don't think that really matches up though.

My guess would be that if it happened suddenly, it might be a reaction to something. There are a ton of things that will slow down the heart rate...food allergy, low potasium, too much zinc...Hope it is something minor like that.

that's even rougher... does she take any meds that you know of? some of them (especially ones with "calming" effects) can throw off things like your heart rate. It could also be connected to your sister. My sister broke her arm once and my mom had dizzy spells and a lowered heart rate.
