Yes, I was just explaining who was killed, in a lot less detail than you :upset:
 Dont worry, its alright. Not everyone has the time to overanalyze the story and comics.

Fish 08-25-2005 08:31 AM

but everyone has time to listen to Coheed, w00t!

DepthsOfDreams555 08-25-2005 03:47 PM

Haha I used to try and overanalyze the story but then it just got so annoying becaues I didn't know if what I was thinking was even close to whats going on. So then I would keep reading other peoples theories and thoughts but it's just discouraging to me haha. So I decided to just wait for comics and wait for the book to come out.

TMA 08-26-2005 11:48 AM

I can't overanalyze the story cause I'm lame and can't figured out jack sh*t from the lyrics. **** you Claudio! Why must you be such a good songwriter?!

CombatWombat3 08-26-2005 06:55 PM

Who here was the starland ballroom DVD? I got it this summer, and it ****ing kicks ***. It's amazing, it really is. You can just see the energy and emotion they put into it.

DJ Ducksauce 08-26-2005 07:03 PM

Yeah, the Starland DVD is pretty awesome. I watched it a bunch when I first bought it.

The Crowing 08-26-2005 08:33 PM

The Starland dvd is great, especially "Light and the Glass".

DJ Ducksauce 08-26-2005 09:12 PM

He he, I'm watching The DVD right now. Everything Evil is on. "And she screamed Claudi-oh-oh. Dear Claudi-oh-oh. I wish Godammit, we'll make it if you belive. F.B.I!!!"

K.B.I

Stand for the Knowledge, The Beast, and The Inferno, ie Coheed, Cambria, and Jesse

DJ Ducksauce 08-26-2005 09:22 PM

The lyric book says F.B.I.

TMA 08-26-2005 09:24 PM
The lyric book says F.B.I.
And Claudio has verified that it was a typo, and it's supposed to say K.B.I.
Just at The Velorium Camper was a typo and shuld really say The Camper Velorium

DJ Ducksauce 08-26-2005 09:27 PM

Huh, I learned something new today. I knew what the KBI was. All of this time I was wondering what FBI stood for.

TMA 08-26-2005 09:39 PM

FBI stands for Federal Bureau of Investigation...
But of course that has nothing to do with the story

The Crowing 08-26-2005 09:40 PM
K.B.I

Wrongo. Isnt Coheed the Beast. Cambria the Knowledge, and Jesse the Inferno.

DJ Ducksauce 08-26-2005 09:42 PM

I know that, I was wondering why they said that in EE though.

B 08-26-2005 09:43 PM
Wrongo. Isnt Coheed the Beast. Cambria the Knowledge, and Jesse the Inferno.
Yes. He was pointing out that it was referring to the three. Not the order.

TMA 08-26-2005 09:44 PM
Wrongo. Isnt Coheed the Beast. Cambria the Knowledge, and Jesse the Inferno.
Well, I wasn't doing them in order, but yes, you are correct.
I was just stating that the three of them together were the KBI

TMA 08-26-2005 09:44 PM
Yes. He was pointing out that it was referring to the three. Not the order.
... like he said

B 08-26-2005 09:47 PM
... like he said
You get the cd alright?

On topic: Jesse sounds cool. I mean his name is Jesse for one. That's a sick name. And second his nickname is "The Prize Fighter Inferno". What exactly is he though? Like Cambria is telepathic with Coheed or something? So what exactly is the Inferno?

TMA 08-26-2005 09:53 PM

Yeah, thanks for that. I'll DL and listen to is as soon as I can, cause I'm dying to hear it.
And i have no idea what they mean by Inferno. Maybe since he is the counterpart that wakes up the monstar in Coheed when their eyes meet, maybe they mean it as in he starts the fire inside Coheed, he starts the Inferno in him.

B 08-26-2005 09:54 PM

But I thought other things can also set off the Monstar in Coheed?

TMA 08-26-2005 09:56 PM
But I thought other things can also set off the Monstar in Coheed?
Well, what they say in the comics is that the Monstar can only be awoken when Coheed is injected with a certain chemical and he meets eyes with his counter-part, which they say is Jesse

Oooh. I've never read or even seen the comics so I don't know much.

TMA 08-26-2005 10:05 PM

Ah, ok, well that would do it
Very informative, they are

I wish I could find them, my town is so effing small that we don't even have a comic book store. And ebay is usually really overpriced.

DJ Ducksauce 08-26-2005 10:15 PM

I need the second comic, but there are no hot topics around and my mom is scared to order stuff online because she's scared that people will steal her credit card number and whatnot

I'm pretty sure Canada doesn't even have hot topics :upset:

hey, you're not cory! 08-26-2005 10:20 PM

I'm assuming that at least a few of you have been to the official Coheed and Cambria message boards.

Aren't they all crazy there?

DJ Ducksauce 08-26-2005 10:20 PM

So the online store doesn't ship to Canada?

DJ Ducksauce 08-26-2005 10:22 PM

I'd heard to stay away from there. I have a couple of posts in CobaltandCalcium though.

I hate those people. I prefer being right here in the Pop-Punk forums. I can stand the people on Cobalt And Calcium, but I prefer it here

DJ Ducksauce 08-26-2005 10:25 PM

The Pop-punk forums are one of the best i think. A little quiet, but a good forum nontheless(sp?).

DaveIsWrong 08-26-2005 10:28 PM

Is there anywhere online where I can read the whole story?

I don't have the money for all the comics... :upset:

B 08-26-2005 10:29 PM
The Pop-punk forums are one of the best i think. A little quiet, but a good forum *nontheless(sp?).
Definately. *(Nonetheless)

I didn't know hot topic had an online store. Although that was a stupid assumption.

I've looked at the Cobalt & Calcium forums before. That's how I know the little I do. I'd imagine the official forum is nuts.

There's only two.

ramoneskidd1234 08-26-2005 11:28 PM

i think there ok
Well, what they say in the comics is that the Monstar can only be awoken when Coheed is injected with a certain chemical and he meets eyes with his counter-part, which they say is Jesse
Alright first off ramoneskid I don't know why you just came in here and said "i think there okay" alright thanks for letting us know????? Also I thought that for Coheed to awake the Monstar is when he is injected with the cerum and he meets eyes with Cambria. Because he does it in the second comic. Also earlier about finding the whole story. They have EXCELLENT interpretations on CoheedandCambria.com but most of it is just speculation but some of those people are pretty good at it.

Angry Balled Fists! 08-27-2005 07:59 AM

My guitar teacher said he loved Coheed & Cambria, i showed him some of their songs and he wants me to burn a copy of the for him...

Fish 08-27-2005 12:02 PM

yeah ive been learning alot of their stuff on guitar
