We watched Eliot Spitzer make his resignation speech as govenor (jesus christ how do you spell that?) in Public Policy class today. If you aren't a New Yorker, or don't know about it, gist is that the dude spent about $80,000 on prostitutes and took them over the state line. It's like Bill Clinton all over again.

Except Bill Clinton's should never have been a scandal. What Spitzer did was immoral and ILLEGAL. Clinton was immoral but Lewinsky never got paid for the hummer.

One bloke cheating on his wife in private is hardly the same as a guy spending $80,000 (of the taxpayer's money, probably) on something illegal. I don't really think what Bill Clinton did was grounds for impeachment, really.

Anyways, I just download iTunes onto my laptop cos my cousin wants to grab some of the music that I was showing him last night. It's friggin' 57mb, that's the most bloated application I've downloaded to date. Why I even need Quicktimes for a "music player" is beyond me. In any case, iPods should be able to work without iTunes installed, just like other mp3 players.
