I listened to Inquisition pretty much all day in school, I love it. The vocals are strange but it is easy to look past.

Yeah, at first I was a bit hesitant about the vocals but now I enjoy them quite a bit. It's definitely a welcome break from the usual high pitched black metal shriek. Inquisition is probably my most random musical find ever.

EDIT: @Tojes Taake is alright, they get boring pretty quickly though...

Yeah I'm noticing that, they had potential in the beginning. :/

But they sound good still. Some nice changes every now and then.

From what I remember, the vocals were really good on Taake and they wrote pretty solid riffs as well but everything else was just average to boring. I should listen to that CD again sometime...

i brought them up a looong time ago but no one really said anything. i lost interest in them but the first track on nasstestid ser porten vid is a blatant rip off of the sound emperor had on ITNE. especially the first vocal scream.

Over Bjoergvin Graater Himmeri is alright.

a good test if something is good or not is if it does get old. theres a ton of songs i never get tired of that i've "overlistened" to.

I can assure you that beyond Burzum and Darkthrone I will listen to very little real black metal.

I haven't listened to black metal in a while either. I listened to Mayhem like two weeks ago I think. That's about it.
