he also very small
him and malcom are only like five feet two inches.

AB/CD 02-19-2005 05:53 PM

ah but least their feet can touch the ground when they sit in chairs lol i remember reading an interview and angus and brian were racing round the table on their chairs

BludgeonySteve 02-19-2005 05:54 PM

AC/DC are very short. Exept for their drummer(s).

maddog87 02-19-2005 06:00 PM

I think bon was 5'5.somewhere around there.i think that bon was a better singer than brian. however, brian does have a good, high-pitched growl when he sings. it gives him alot of personality

AB/CD 02-19-2005 06:04 PM

any1 know who was gonna do lead before angus and what his excuse was for not doing it

rippa32 02-19-2005 06:06 PM

Yes it was Malcolm. The reason was that playing lead guitar would interfere with his drinking.

AB/CD 02-19-2005 06:08 PM

yeah thats right i just figured id ask it cos im very bored i guess if malcolm had of done lead the band would be very different

maddog87 02-19-2005 06:13 PM
any1 know who was gonna do lead before angus and what his excuse was for not doing it
malcom was going to do it but said it interfered with his drinking

rippa32 02-19-2005 06:14 PM

Well actually he played lead in one song, can't remember which one. I think it was can I sit next to you girl.

maddog87 02-19-2005 06:14 PM

rippa32 02-19-2005 06:15 PM

^ lol jus a bit too late.

maddog87 02-19-2005 06:17 PM

malcom was the one who wrote "back in black"

rippa32 02-19-2005 06:18 PM

Really? but its credited as A.Young/M.Young/B.Johnson

maddog87 02-19-2005 06:18 PM

malcom is probably one of the best rythym players out of all the classic rock bands.

maddog87 02-19-2005 06:19 PM
Really? but its credited as A.Young/M.Young/B.Johnson
he wrote it all except for the solo

rippa32 02-19-2005 06:19 PM

Yes but just remember some bands don't have rythym guitarists.

AB/CD 02-19-2005 06:20 PM

malcolm is good at rhythm and he did play lead on can i sit next to u girl but none of htem write any song on their own its jsut all bits and pieces from angus malcolm or brian or bon when he was alive

maddog87 02-19-2005 06:20 PM

true

maddog87 02-19-2005 06:21 PM

angus and malcom feed off each other when writing. they really make a good team

rippa32 02-19-2005 06:24 PM

Very true.

AB/CD 02-19-2005 06:24 PM

yeah im trying to remember what song it was but anyway they normally record anythign they r doing and let the other hear it then they decide wether to use it or not but 1 of the songs malcolm was gonna get rid of and angus ended up convincing him to use and i think that was back in black main riff not sure bout that

maddog87 02-19-2005 06:26 PM

i think that part of their sucsess is that they dont try to copy people. they just want to make good, hard, rock that gets your blood pumping

AB/CD 02-19-2005 06:28 PM

yeah they only ever did 1 cover song

maddog87 02-19-2005 06:30 PM
