The part with "the Gimp" freaks me out really bad.
Everything that involves rape freaks me out. Whenever I hear about shit like that I get this empty horrible feeling in my stomach as if someone just removed all my vital organs.

EDIT: Except my brain.

RetiredAt21 05-15-2006 08:18 AM

Yeah, it's pretty terrible.

coheneran 05-15-2006 08:25 AM

I have that feeling right now. I'm gonna go make breakfast:D.

RetiredAt21 05-15-2006 08:48 AM

I always get sick eating breakfast. Eating that early in the morning always makes me feel sickish.

****ing mosquito bit me. I saw it doing it too when I was sitting outside last night. I flicked him off, but I guess he had enough time to make a bump and itching to develop. Hopefully I don't have West Nile.

Next time you see a mozzie do that, squeeze the skin around him, and if he can't fly off, keep squeezing until it (I'm told) pops!

it seriously works. also try draino crystals and bread and feed it to seagulls. the effect is pretty wicked and surprising.
Ah. Name thieves.
Yeah. No name is original here save the Native American ones.

Angry Balled Fists! 05-15-2006 02:30 PM

Yeah, it's crazy i look at an american map and there are so many i can recognise from over here.

Brain Toad 05-15-2006 02:33 PM
Yeah. No name is original here save the Native American ones.
And the Spanish ones, and the ones named after their founders, and the ones named after waterways/landmarks/mountains, etc. Maybe back east it's that way, but there is very few cities over here with English names.
Fairfield
Concord
Dublin
Richmond

Those are the only ones I think of that are of English decent in the Bay Area, there is probaly more, but those come to mind.

Flagjacket 05-15-2006 02:59 PM

British people amde all the maps so a lot of palces have British names.

I'm pretty sure the British made everything

coheneran 05-15-2006 04:46 PM

What's the story of Seattle? I heard that some Native chief sent a letter saying something along the lines of "How can we give you this land when it is not ours to give? We have not bought this land, we have not traded for it, we take from the land what we need and we give what we can." Do you know about it?

AIRIC 05-15-2006 06:28 PM

No but that sounds like something that a Native American chief would say.
