Yeah, I'm saying that we start a band online, do original songs, not covers, create a setlist, record the songs, upload them into a thread, have a poll between the different bands, the winner gets to move to the next round. The grand prize band gets like a bunch of pos. rep or something.

It's like the cover thing, but one step further.

The cover thing didn't work because of organisation. What makes you think this one will?
