I had to sit through 3 and a half hours of terrible deathcore on the way back to school today.

It was a bunch of his mix CDs, which had stuff like Elysia, Knights of the Abyss, Bring Me the Horizon, Job for a Cowboy, Whitechapel, Emmure, The Devil Wears Prada and other assorted crap.

I know some of those aren't deathcore, but they all suck and therefore can be lumped with the crappy genre.

Blah, please don't lump BMTH, JFAC, and Whitechapel with the rest of that trash. :(

I don't know any of the specific song titles, but I know that I've listened to Scepter Of The Ancients in my buddy's car plenty of times. Listen to the song with the tuffguy hardcore sounding intro, the brees on that are one of the most laughable things I've ever heard.

i love toughguy sounding vocals they bring lulz. on Master's OTSDGC...M album the vocals on there kind of strike me as hardass but i sort of like them.

i've given hypocrisy a lot of listens, i checked out virus and the s/t and they just suck imo. I'm not a huge fan of anything Tagtgren-related for the most part. although i did like the song "Fusion Programmed Minds".

I was listening to it this morning. His voice does crack a little but a lot of that is rasp. You can't say it's easy to switch that rapidly between styles, so it's understandable. I think that leaving it in was intentional, too.

Some of the vocals are a little awkward, and a bunch of 'em are clearly microphone enhanced, but it's still badass.
