Yeah, it's good shit.

I wish there would've been more interviews and things.
yeah, I love the interview bits more than the songs on these sorts of dvd's usually. I like how they show images of Lanegan and Nick even though it's troy and co. playing on the actual tracks. It's also funny when Oliveri talks about putting his amp in the toilet.

Elvis rules. When I first got My Aim Is True, I left it in my stereo for about two months straight.

Lots of Calexico, The Black Light and Feast Of Wire in particular. Almost forgot how brilliant those records are.

sgrevs 11-26-2005 06:11 AM

The Presets - Beams...great Sydney band, check em out.
The tracks Are You The One? and Girl and the Sea are good tasters.

I almost bought his bio today.

JonM 11-26-2005 02:32 PM

I've only had one Roy Harper album for the few months since I discovered him, but I just got his two disc best of, Counter Culture, and only two of the songs are from the album I've got, and it's beautiful. If you liked Stormcock when I pimped it for like a week, or if you like acoustic Radiohead songs and want to hear something amazing from a generation ago, you should check out this man's work.

Glitterati 11-26-2005 06:35 PM

Johnny Cash - Live At Folsom Prison.
