Nice munky, only show I have to look forward to is the Opeth show, although that's really awesome for around here. I can't wait :d

Ohhh <3 Rock climbing too. I rarely get to do it though. Luckily Martial arts can be a pretty private thing as far as training (i.e. I can do it in my dorm and not have to pay).

Whereabouts do you live, out of curiosity?

Although not addressed to me I'm gonna answer you too. I prefer rock but usually end up on plastic for convenience. My hardest completed climb was a 5'11 I believe.

Psh, no way. Try Colorado

Yeah, I have a good reach being just under 6 feet tall, and that helps a lot. But I'm probably about the same level as you. I know a lot of amazing climbers though. They are just astounding. Pretty much everyone here does it though, even my 5'0" girlfriend lol.

I know, there is absolutely no climbing in FL, but ya I come in at a large 5'6 ish 125. I hate reachy problems, there was a 5'10 route I was working on in WV, and took me a little over half an hour to get to the crux, because it was really really reachy.

Half an hour? God, I don't have that kind of stamina. If I'm up there more than 15 minutes I'm already starting to shake with exertion usually. Especially because there's rarely a good resting place so just staying somewhere drains you.

superpeer 01-19-2006 05:43 PM

Well, okay then. I was 120 pounds for a long time, but now I should be like 130. I guess I gained some weight. I'm still a twig, though.

The length thing is too complicated, let's just say I'm a bit shorter than Jom.
