I just got John Doe's new solo album signed by him thanks to my girlfriend.

She saw him and Particle and Matisyahu I decided not to go because I think Matisyahu sucks and Particle doesn't interest me a whole lot. I regret not going now cause she talked to him for a good five minutes.

I've seen her live last year and she put on a very good show but yeah, $25 is way too much. I guess it also depends how big of a fan you are.

The bands that are charging you over $30 are way out of line. I think a concert by your basic big name act should be under $20, quite honestly.

it might be the venue's decision though

Yeah, I think it is. The Michigan Theater which is where Feist is playing has some obscene prices ($28 to see Dmitri Martin?) fairly often. Music should be accessible to all people, regardless of age, income, or geography.
