I like AvA, it's not stereotypical pop punk, so it doesn't matter to me that it's serious.

Oh don't get me wrong, I still do like some of the music. It's not that bad, but Tom's attitude and his just intire personality is what gets to me.

Same here kind of. Except when I heard a band cover Dammit I got into Blink more, which let me to NOFX and Screeching Weasel, which led me to Fat Wreck Chords..

I was obsessed with [i]Enema of the State[/i] for about a month like 5 years ago. Their self-titled is the best though.

Yeah, without Blink I'd be screwed music wise.

I feel sorry for anyone that ends up saying the same for AVA.

my brother bought the mark tom and travis show when he was in grade 5. so i started listening to them in grade 3, and that's what brought me into the whole pop-punk, punk, rock, metal scene. everything started from them. if not, i'd be listening to n'sync still
