My favorite misanthropic and hateful BM band is Ad Hominem (from France ofc).

[b]Blut aus Nord[/b] definitely deserve mention, now that I think of it, as do Moëvöt.

Blut Aus Nord's first album is cool, although can't say I dig their later stuff as much. WITTR rule though, but I still say that Moevot are horrible, they are one of those bands that you like or think are absolutely f[I]u[/I]cking horrible though. :p
