last year i struggled to whittle down to a top 10, this year i can't even think of 10.

edit: nvm, crack the skye was this year, i was thinking that was 08. Still, most of my albums of excitement were let downs. Dredg, Thrice, and Paramore were all good, but could be better. AFI was surprisingly good but not really that good even so. Brand New was horrifically disappointing.
