Busking?

Glitterati 04-16-2006 02:54 PM

If I was ever motivated enough to learn how to get really good at guitar, I'd busk all day, because my town just doesn't have enough buskers.

Flagjacket 04-16-2006 02:54 PM

When you sit around outside and play solo acoustic songs for money.

RetiredAt21 04-16-2006 02:57 PM

What does busk mean?

Brain Toad 04-16-2006 03:13 PM

And I had explained it before you asked.

ITT: Bad Reading Comprehension

AndreTheHyena 04-16-2006 03:14 PM

I made a rateyourmusic profile, but I'm not sure I understand the point of it.

Brain Toad 04-16-2006 03:43 PM

I use to have a internet copy of my collection and to make my e-penis feel big. Other people rate and review albums as well.

Nick, your 28,472 files makes it big enough.

Brain Toad 04-16-2006 04:59 PM

But only people on Soulseek can see that, with RYM anyone can see it.

Thank you

Mannik 04-16-2006 06:36 PM

I've always wanted to know that

Ghostfire3 04-16-2006 07:05 PM

I've always wanted to know how to quote multiple people all in one post. Someone tell me plz

Brain Toad 04-16-2006 07:08 PM

Use the quote code. <quote=Username>i'm a fag</quote> except place the <,>s with [,]s.

What I do (since I have Firefox) is middle-click quote of every post I want quote in my post so the code is in each Tab, then copy and paste each quote into the post of the first one.

Or if I get lazy, I quote each seperately then use my mod powers to merge the posts.
Use the quote code. <quote=Username>i'm a fag</quote> except place the <,>s with [,]s.
Huh?

Ghostfire3 04-16-2006 07:16 PM

Thank you. I probably should've been able to figure that out on my own, but whatever.

Brain Toad 04-16-2006 07:18 PM
Huh?
Replace the < and > with [ and ]. Is that more clear?

Danger Bird 04-16-2006 07:20 PM

Use brackets instead of these guys: < >

Mannik 04-16-2006 07:22 PM

Ahh I get it now, thanks

I do that too except I just use new windows because I close them after I C&P and I use tabs for multi-browsing elsewhere.

You should see my bottom bar when I'm catching up on a busy day in a community thread :p

Brain Toad 04-16-2006 07:26 PM

I don't do the whole multi browsing thing very often. New windows aren't nice when you don't have a start bar and use ObjectDock.

Flagjacket 04-16-2006 07:36 PM

I only use object dock for applications and it's easy weather checking.

Mannik 04-16-2006 08:30 PM

My mum made heaps of semame seed rice balls, and a few fell apart, so I get to eat the scraps out of a bowl

gastery6 04-16-2006 08:32 PM

That nice, real nice

Liebensaft 04-16-2006 08:46 PM

Mmmmm.

Brain Toad 04-16-2006 09:25 PM

This is shaping up to be a very boring Spring Break.
