i went to an all you can eat buffet last night. except that wasn't on the weekend.

nevertoolate 07-20-2009 10:08 PM

 I had my mums 59th bday dinner last night, had an awesome rib eye with a BBQ bourbon sauce. was very nice. Also just came off 3 straight days of playing golf too and I'm ****in tired coz it was prolly the windiest conditions I've played in

I_WEAR_RED_PANTS 07-20-2009 10:40 PM

did you win golf?

gaslight 07-20-2009 10:47 PM

Someone around here has to win something sooner or later.

nevertoolate 07-20-2009 11:08 PM

I missed a putt of about 1 foot on Saturday to finish second in A grade, and Sunday and Monday were at tough courses on which I struggled. Made an eagle and chipped in from a 30m bunker shot for highlights!!

gaslight 07-20-2009 11:14 PM

Definitely the best sportsman among us.

nevertoolate 07-21-2009 12:00 AM

yeah Brad Metro and Huntingdale I played (i think I had told u) and playing in strong winds wasnt fun. Metro was so good even mid winter (cost me $140 incl lunch). I reckon it would be sublime in late Nov. Easily top3 I've played

gaslight 07-21-2009 12:08 AM

I broke my driver's license, is this a bad thing?

I_WEAR_RED_PANTS 07-21-2009 12:11 AM

yep, that's $40ish to get a replacement one.

Aaron 07-21-2009 12:13 AM

Joel I need to get drunk and call you to tell you what I'm eating again.

I_WEAR_RED_PANTS 07-21-2009 12:18 AM

horseypie 07-21-2009 12:28 AM

and gas why did u lose your licence? didnt u just get your greens?

gaslight 07-21-2009 12:30 AM

I haven't lost my license, I broke it.

After the rugby the other night I threw my wallet onto the floor (tiles) and I just went to get a card out of my wallet and noticed that my driver's license is in three pieces. I've sticky taped it back together for now.

I got to day 75 and called it a day. Bored out of my mind.

sgrevs 07-21-2009 12:41 AM

75 is pretty impressive. Sup all.

Trying to work out timetable for this semester, trying to get it all in to three days.

gaslight 07-21-2009 12:47 AM

Nice one.

I'm just juggling a few activities, nothing really on for today.

Stewart Cink in aplayoff against Tom Watson, yes Tom Watson not bad for 59. Matt Goggin finished tied for 5th after being equal leader with 5 to go.

gaslight 07-21-2009 12:56 AM

Awesome pin-up girl dude.

nevertoolate 07-21-2009 01:16 AM

its Haz's influence

gaslight 07-21-2009 01:21 AM

Haha nice. Pin-up girls were ace. Girls these days don't know how to get attention without just getting their tits out.

I_WEAR_RED_PANTS 07-21-2009 02:45 AM

wow

gaslight 07-21-2009 02:52 AM

Yeah I'd buy it but I've got nowhere to put it. Real girls tend to frown on poster girls.

I_WEAR_RED_PANTS 07-21-2009 03:00 AM

i think i must have lesbian friends then....they all like the girls on my wall

gaslight 07-21-2009 03:06 AM

I know a few girls who'd be cool with it I suppose.

And only five dollars too. But I've already ordered and left it out :(.

I_WEAR_RED_PANTS 07-21-2009 03:16 AM

what did you get?

gaslight 07-21-2009 03:19 AM

An assortment of stuff, from memory it was Chili Peppers, Radiohead, The Who, The Smiths, The Police, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Hendrix, Mars Volta. Getting my music room all coloured up yo.

Aaron 07-21-2009 04:33 AM

Okay, so I have a date that I'm moving house now; 5th October 2009.
Woo!

Meatplow 07-21-2009 04:52 AM

What I done now mathjic (brent, brett? i'm so bad with names)

gaslight 07-21-2009 05:11 AM

Is it pronounced math-jick?

Meatplow 07-21-2009 06:54 AM

i'm in love with black label society recently

gaslight 07-21-2009 08:12 AM

Slow night.

nevertoolate 07-21-2009 03:21 PM
Is it pronounced math-jick?
Yeah spot on. Its a hybrid of my surname and nickname.
What I done now mathjic (brent, brett? i'm so bad with names)
Brent yo. nothing at all mate just had an influence on my avatar choice!!

Aaron 07-21-2009 06:10 PM

Miaow. What up? I'm thinking of forming a jazz trio, or duo. Is a piano/drums duo an odd idea? Think we'll do weddings and functions for cash cash.

gaslight 07-21-2009 06:35 PM

It's not an odd combination really as long as the pianist can double on vocals.

Your standard piano trio would be piano, drums and upright bass so it's pretty much that without the bass.

Aaron 07-21-2009 07:07 PM

I'm thinking no vocals.

gaslight 07-21-2009 07:57 PM

Hmm, it's still workable, but I'd expect there to be less demand for drums and piano as a duo than there would be for either solo piano or for a trio. Worth a try though, weddings/corporate gigs would be great money split between two.

Meatplow 07-21-2009 08:08 PM
Brent yo. nothing at all mate just had an influence on my avatar choice!!
nevertoolate 07-21-2009 08:38 PM

sorry mate, I haven't quite explained myself well. Do you remember when you posted all those pics of that old school looking s&m type woman?? I can't remember which thread it was or her name, and it got me intrigued so i checked that out further and stumbled across my avatar in the process.

Meatplow 07-21-2009 08:53 PM

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ilsa,_She_Wolf_of_the_SS
