Well its a school of 3000+ kids. I live in a neighbooring county to Chicago, so my school is very rich as well, which would probably explain there wide selection of classes.

:amaze: 09-25-2004 11:58 PM

Yeah, I live in a middle-class area and my school has just under 1000 kids.

victor_claypool 09-26-2004 08:24 AM

Hey all,
I just got the bass extremes with Victor Wooten and Steve Bailey. Its freaking amazing. It also has a bonus proformance from Billy Sheehan and Bill Dickens which are amazing aswell. Go buy it now. Please.

JoeDaddio 09-26-2004 08:47 AM

Just got off work, ready to hit the sack. Just wanted to let you guys know that I was asked to play in a band today. It's a little intimidating though because the drummer is a total prog-rock bad *** with a kit large enough to rival Pert's, and the guitarist is pretty good from what I've heard him play. I'm not really down with the whole prog-rock/metal thing, but I said I'd go jam with them.

Just downloaded a clip of Bass Day 2002, with Victor Wooten, John Patitucci, and Felix Pastorius.... it's fucking amazing. I've never seen anything like it.

Yar.

So a string walks into a bar and the bartender says:

"Sorry we don't serve strings."

So the string leaves only to come back 5 minutes later. The bartender says:

"Hey aren't you that string I just kicked out a little while ago?"

To which the string replies:

"No I'm knot"
