K, we're selling our house because my parents are splitting up blah blah.

The real-estate guy said that we would probably get between 265k and 269k for it. So today someone offered 267k max and my step-dad said he wouldn't take lower than 270k. WTF He's a f[I]u[/I]cking idiot. He's just doing it to piss my mom off. The difference between 270k and 267k for him is like $1200 each.

Now me and my Mom are ****ed because we had the perfect house lined up if this offer went through, it had the exact same date for us ot move out and everything. And it was only in a few weeks. but now everything is screwed. And I'm pissed the f[I]u[/I]ck off.

We wanted something like 350k for our house but we haven't sold it yet, and 2 mortgages is killing us I think :-\ that plus our new house was like 500k.

A $500K house around here would be a mansion. Real estate is really cheap around here.

We're still sort of in the city, so it's a bit pricey, but it is very nice. 1/2 acre lot and like 5000+ sq ft.

I should have known this wouldn't be a clean break.
