I didnt know piggy's death was slowed down? It just had the rock rolling down the cliff, then it showedd piggy for like half a second and he screamed, then that was it. (by the way, this was the old, black and white version we watched)

I saw that version. I, and several (read: all three) of my friends laughed out loud at that death.

Oh right...the new version is the funniest thing I've ever seen!!!

I hate the book, now. I might have liked it, were it not for a full year of analysing it endlessly in English. We watched the black and white version with the funny Piggy death, and the colour version with the glowsticks, where they're all American, as well as reading the book over and over, and going through various exercises about the book and films.

Luckily the other piece we did a lot of work on, the previous year of the two year course, was a really good play called [i]The Long, the Short and the Tall[/i]. I really enjoyed that.

We watched UHF, Strange Brew, The Three Amigos, and Waynes World II. I don't know if we are at intermission or what, but what a waste of a day. :(

Those are the best days ever. I love WW I and II, UHF, and Three Amigos. I haven't seen Strange Brew though.
