Christian youth things are dumb. Church camps like CIY and such, they're companies. They don't care about your faith, they care about your wallet. The majority of christian rock artists use boomy vocals and try to make you feel guilty as if you've done something wrong.

While I'm not gonna completely disagree, because, well..We all know there are people like that everywhere, but statements like that just make you seem ignorant. Even if you dislike the message, or the style in which certain artists play in, it's never really ok to be so blunt.

My brother went to CIY. He came back. 'omfg jesus!' 'omfg christian rock!' 'hey guys lets listen to aaron pelsue!'. a month later he had yet another epiffany and realized that all of that stuff was manufactured crap.

I've known plenty of kids who go to church camp, come back all holy, and a month later they're asking me if I want to get high wtih them.

Nothing wrong with religion, but teenagers are stupid. I'm stupid. Finding god at this age is a bad idea.
