I'd smoked it, like an idiot I thought to do it bot style, off the tip of a cigarette with a big bottle. It breaks down only at higher temps so I wasted most of it. The sensation I did get was an almost instant awareness of my insides, I really felt bio-mechanical, like there was an autonomous production facility inside my torso and that provided unusual excitement.

I enjoy the immense happiness I've gotten from psychedelics the couple times I've used them but it's the kind of thing I can't do often and is reserved for special occasions, and especially with mushrooms I don't feel like I'm really taking any sort of physical risk.

acid is wack. The first trip I had was still the most euphoric and text-book. The proceeding trips were marred by circumstances and shitty acid. I had one trip where every action in my body got propagated to congestion. It felt like every ventricle and path in my nervous system was clogged momentarily, and worst off, it felt like I was doing it simply by missing my queue to respond or express myself at given moments. That was a step too close to the shit ledge.

Haven't done lsd, I don't think there's suppose to be any harmful long lasting effects from taking shrooms in low doses on an occasional basis, at least that's what the research I've done has shown me. You trip because of the psilocybin contained within the mushrooms not because they're inherently poisonous.
