i was thinking of taking boxing lessons, and piano and sax lessons

my religious upbringing was pretty lol when I look back at it

my mom's family is Catholic, and my mom believes in some higher power though she doesn't practice

my dad was methodist but he was straight science through and through and steered me towards deciding for myself

I ended up in a methodist church somehow for easter service and sunday school when I was young but pretty sure I never got the logic behind it and liked science too much so I was allowed to do what I want

<3 my family, not a thing pushed on me and everything exposed to me

My parent's still don't know I'm religious, both are fairly religious people and idk how they'd handle it.

Although I never go to church anymore except for like Christmas, they ask me to and I just tell them I don't want to most of the time.

i <3 my family now, i always felt like they were conspiring against me behind my back until i realized i was the one causing all the trouble because i still had growing up to do

so yeah Jason family and friends are here to annoy the fucking shit out of you over everything you do wrong until you finally accept it

i was raised christian and given the choice whether or not i wanted to live that lifestyle

i chose it, it's p cool and gives you the warm fuzzlies

i was baptized catholic because my grandma is pretty religious, but i grew up with my mom and shes pretty much a straight-up atheist

we went to a quaker church sometimes when i was growing up, but that's just cuz my mom is really fucking liberal and it was for the community

It's always awkward when my parents want to talk about religious stuff like how Mormons are wrong or something and I just kinda sit there and say nothing while they'll be talking at me like I'm a big important part of the conversation. I get the impression they never really lived a very exciting life and were just kinda happy to get married young and live in small towns their whole lives.

They're very nice and caring people and non-judging compared to most Christians but they're obviously very sure and set in their life philosophy and not keen on opening up to other points of view.

i remember going to church like twice and nobody in my family liked it

this is my parents down to a tee

as a result i either don't talk to them or if i do i blatantly troll the piss out of them

for example my mom said earlier that she watched an episode of Lost and it was boring so I told her it's because she doesn't comprehend the infinite significance of it

in England so much Anglican church stuff is thrown on you in school and everyone is just lol that's dumb
