they're new album reminds me of tAS, mostly due to the singers new approach and the obnoxious amount of breakdowns.
I was basically standing next to the guy whos recording

hismajestythepope 04-01-2009 02:14 AM

Sweet, he can't do highs as well anymore but he can do lows now. That guy really doesn't know what he's doing, but he sounds a lot better now, so that's cool.

As a whole they sound a lot tighter.

Also, that is the lamest pit ever ahahaha.

adb 04-01-2009 02:27 AM

more like the lulziest ever

don't think its in the vid, but there were these two bros (one wearing a Winds of ****ing Plague shirt) doing some weird homoerotic man-bond moshing/chest bumping

and this other guy in tight leather pants who was getting decked like once a song, dude was crazy as ****. He would just bounce back up, get floored a couple minutes later, and the cycle would start again

encmetalhead 04-01-2009 09:25 AM

Mappy, please post your email or you're going to miss out on something i know you'll like haha

The Feeding 04-01-2009 12:35 PM

sucks hardcore dancing is now commonplace with metal

encmetalhead 04-01-2009 12:43 PM

why is disv4 ****ing up :(

SKUDstorm 04-01-2009 01:27 PM
sucks hardcore dancing is now commonplace with metal
hardcore dancing is the cancer killing good metal

Pete 04-01-2009 01:31 PM

no

dancing has nothing to do with music

that statement is just false

any metal that lives or dies by the dancing in the audience must be weak to begin with

SKUDstorm 04-01-2009 01:40 PM

im basically saying only faggots and scene kids hardcore dance, and look who is jizzing all over deathcore, scene kids and faggots

Pete 04-01-2009 01:41 PM

its still up to dedicated, hard-working musicians to keep the good music alive

can't let that fall over some stupid trendy dance-style

js

SKUDstorm 04-01-2009 01:44 PM

i know, it came out wrong originally. but like deathcore is scene kids playing death metal but doinitwrong. and they pretty much started all this hardcore dancing gay ****

There's no hardcore dancing in that video, and there was no hardcore dancing mentioned...

RetiredAt21 04-01-2009 09:26 PM

The Feeding 04-01-2009 10:46 PM

it was a general statement, correct me if im wrong. Every show i've been to genre is of bands i've seen had kids hardcore dancing, metalcore, deathcore, grind, you name it!

hismajestythepope 04-01-2009 11:09 PM

A7xjk 04-02-2009 10:12 AM

Damn, I've been looking through here.. And a lot of people DO NOT like deathcore

The Feeding 04-02-2009 10:15 AM

there are few deathcore bands that are actually good, the majority are uninspired and ripoffs

RetiredAt21 04-02-2009 10:23 AM

Yerp.

Pete 04-02-2009 10:24 AM

one good deathcore band is A Flame Beneath Humanity

is me on music and mappy on vox

RetiredAt21 04-02-2009 10:25 AM

I <3 you both but I bet it's not good.

publicastration 04-02-2009 10:26 AM

this

Pete 04-02-2009 10:38 AM

of course it is

i could post it with demo vocals on, mappy is going to rerecord them sometime for the songwriting challenge

The Feeding 04-02-2009 10:38 AM

got anything for me to listen to?

RetiredAt21 04-02-2009 10:39 AM

C'mon bro. How would you feel about it if you weren't involved and it sounded exactly as it does now?

Pete 04-02-2009 10:39 AM
C'mon bro. How would you feel about it if you weren't involved and it sounded exactly as it does now?
i guess i would think "why didnt the studio record the vocals" and "these riffs are pretty sweet, i wish they would shred more"

RetiredAt21 04-02-2009 10:40 AM

I hope by shred you don't mean wankery... :/
