i don't know why i didnt just act predictably and buy a bunch of Burroughs bull **** , had to be a rebel and grab some buddhist nonsense

Meatplow 04-11-2010 01:17 PM

i decided to actually start reading some of the ebooks i've downloaded over the years

I could do 50 pages a day easily enough on a computer screen

TimJim 04-11-2010 01:18 PM

i hate reading eBooks

Jaundice 04-11-2010 01:20 PM

eBooks are the most incomprehensibly pointless invention yet.

i feel the same way about books as the damned hipsters here feel about music

but but i want a physical copy

Meatplow 04-11-2010 01:23 PM

i love physical copies of books

I don't want to pay $100 to import a copy of some rare out of print Countess Bathory biography though when somebody has taken a ridiculous amount of time to scan it and it is about a 5 mb download

can't argue with the convenience of the internet sometimes

lim 04-11-2010 01:25 PM

ok guys so whats better

mainstream (good) newspaper comics like calvin and hobbes

or indie hipster newspaper comics like peanuts that try to be really artsy

illmitch 04-11-2010 01:26 PM
