I only got up 4 hours ago!
You're sure you still live in the GMT-zone?? |
Adaptation... A marvelous thing.
Out of topic, but this is a topic that is really bothering me... Why do people try to save animals in danger of extinction? Survival of the fitest; that's what this is. We are just trying to delay the inevitable, as eventually we will all wither away, or we would have to adapt to a different way of life.
Because they feel guilty. We were the ones killing them off and now we feel like we have the responsibility to keep them alive. |

But there's also one other thing thatś been keeping me busy: Nature-freaks (No offence, just couldn't com up with a better name) were protesting against the Canadian seal-hunt. But what if they succeeded? Then there would be 2 million (correct me on the number) seals more, which all eat fish... Then they will protest against the fishers, because there are so little fish left... Isn't this a weird cirkel?? |
well good night kids, time to go practice clarinet for a while, then go practice bass for a longer while. then sleep, and then wake up to do the homework i forgot i had :thumb:
|
Good night LS!
technically were not changing anything, in survival of the fittest, if the fittest see fit for their lessers to stay alive then they do, thats why sharks have tiny fish eating dead skin off of them, kinda why us tree huggers try to save dying animals
Well, the sharks aren't really protecting them, he's just letting it live. BIG difference. Also, the shark has nothing to loose. We try to save an animal, and loose tons of money trying to recreate their natural environment and what not. Not to mention, if someone accidently kills one, prison :thumb:. |
Other thing that REALLY bothers me:
Vegetarians who don't eat meat, because "they don't want to harm an animal and take it's life away". Why does this bother me? Because they do not realize PLANTS ALSO HAVE LIFE! |

The fact that they wont eat it doesn't change the fact that the animal is still gonna be killed. If you don't eat a steak it wont turn back into a living cow. |
Later MX it will be a while before I see you again.
Give my regards to eveyone. |

The animal is dead already, so better eat it, otherwise it died for no reason at all... /me is a carnivore... So i have a strong opinion on meat... But no offence to veggies... |
You're sure you still live in the GMT-zone??
Afraid so. But that doesn't seem so late when you realise I only went to bed at 3pm. Or perhaps it does. It gets worse when you realise I'd been TRYING to get to sleep for three hours at that point. |
*Only had an hour and a half of sleep yesterday...*
|
I Hate Time Zones They Confuse Me
edit: wow....i had that in caps...and then it posted and it wasnt in caps...i love it |
i can sleep instantly, anytime anywhere, it really opens your options to alternate sleeping patterns :thumb: i love it
I Hate Time Zones They Confuse Me
edit: wow....i had that in caps...and then it posted and it wasnt in caps...i love it
I only know my own and GMT... but that's easy, cause I'm in GMT+1... |
All timezones should go back to how they used to be. Expressed as GMT+/- X. It was a LOT easier to understand. For everyone. And before you go saying that I only say that because I happen to live in GMT+0, remember that GMT is the central timezone.
(I hold the fact that it's only the central time zone because long ago when a group of scientists in Greenwich decided we needed official timezones, they put the Meridian down the middle of their laboratory irrelevant.) |
Guys/gals...
I'm off... i have a alarmclock that is going to make a hell-lotta noise in 4 hours, and I have to catch a train in 5 hours to go to school... So long every1, and Iĺl be back online 2morrow... Chrs! |

*wishes he knew what time zone he has*
|
I do like the fact that technically everything East of Greenwich (half of London, East Anglia) should technically be in GMT+1, but we just ignore that. So you can change timezones here just by going due south to Franch.
*wishes he knew what time zone he has*
What time is it there? |
Around 9:02.
|
Wow.
