Annybody got any idea why on the vic forth site on the flam rudiments theres one called "lesson 25"?

maniac0796 02-16-2007 10:50 AM

I have the whole in flames discography

Jezen 02-16-2007 10:50 AM

Because back when there were 26 official rudiments, that one was the 25th in the order. I think it was called a ratatap.

Oh and I got my ride today!!! OMG It's gorgeous!!! It goes so beautifully with my custom dry.

I've always wondered that. So the rudiment is actually called "lesson 25" and its not a mistake by VicFirth?
Oh and I got my ride today!!! OMG It's gorgeous!!! It goes so beautifully with my custom dry.
Awesome, what ride did you get?

Jezen 02-16-2007 10:56 AM

Yeah that's what it's actually called. It's a very easy rudiment too.

I got an Istanbul Agop Special Edition Jazz 19" Flat Ride.

It pairs really well with my Istanbul Agop Traditional Custom Dry 20" Ride.

Also, I put my Alchemy Pro 8" RAW Bell on top of my flat ride, because I could.

Josiah 02-16-2007 11:39 AM

doh didn't drink enough water before going to bed last night...

The Ska Man 02-16-2007 12:40 PM

Gatorade sucks..It's bad for ya, too. Too much sugar, amongst other things

Josiah 02-16-2007 12:45 PM
Gatorade sucks..It's bad for ya, too. Too much sugar, amongst other things
Haha whatever man. Go do a lil studing and then come back and apologize.

100% Grape juice has twice the sugar content of gatorade. Is grape juice bad for you?

It's flavored water + electrolights. The only way it's bad for YOU, is if you don't brush your teeth.
Gatorade has additional hydrating elements, mostly various forms of sodium, wich ARE good for you.

Gatorade is GOOD for you.

rockindrummer 02-16-2007 12:46 PM

If your doing sports its good for you, gives you the salt that you sweat out, and keeps you hydrated

oliv_da_skinmasher 02-16-2007 12:48 PM

Good for gigs too then

Josiah 02-16-2007 12:49 PM

*nods* *hugs gatorade supply*

rockindrummer 02-16-2007 12:50 PM

haha thats true, but I don't sweat a whole lot at gigs...

oliv_da_skinmasher 02-16-2007 12:51 PM

Damn I sweat one hell of alot.

Nah J I go for the cheap rip off of red bull its 4 for a pound and its exactly the same

fishbulb 02-16-2007 12:53 PM

Tried Sam Adams for the first time last night. It was a Boston Lager, not half bad but quite a bit of a bite to it.

fishbulb 02-16-2007 12:57 PM

No ****in' way, i missed my 1000th stronghold post. This is my 1002nd.

The Cat's Diary

Day 983 of my captivity.

My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while the other inmates and I are fed hash or some sort of dry nuggets. Although I make my contempt for the rations perfectly clear, I nevertheless must eat something in order to keep up my strength.

The only thing that keeps me going is my dream of escape. In an attempt to disgust them, I once again vomit on the carpet. Today I decapitated a mouse and dropped its headless body at their feet. I had hoped this would strike fear into their hearts, since it clearly demonstrates my capabilities. However, they merely made condescending comments about what a "good little hunter" I am.

There was some sort of assembly of their accomplices tonight. I was placed in solitary confinement for the duration of the event. However, I could hear the noises and smell the food. I overheard that my confinement was due to the power of "allergies." I must learn what this means, and how to use it to my advantage.

Today I was almost successful in an attempt to assassinate one of my tormentors by weaving around his feet as he was walking. I must try this again tomorrow, but at the top of the stairs.

I am convinced that the other prisoners here are flunkies and snitches. The dog receives special privileges. He is regularly released, and seems to be more than willing to return. He is obviously retarded. The bird must be an informant. I observe him communicate with the guards regularly. I am certain that he reports my every move. My captors have arranged protective custody for him in an elevated cell, so he is safe. For now...
