lol frenzal are a fun band.
|
I thought Frenzal had called it a day?
|
hey yeah i think i remember something like that too.
|
On Friday 26 September 2008 a bulletin was posted on Frenzal Rhomb's myspace stating the possibility of touring again:
"So it looks like Jay is coming home from his year-long overseas jaunt sometime in Feb, and there's a 95% chance we're gonna do a Capital City tour in March. I say 95% because there's every possibility, being that Jay's been to some ****ed up, out of the way places, that he'll come back as a dreadlocked, pot-smoking hippy who's pretty much resigned from society and won't even remember that he's in a band. . .oh, wait a minute. . . Anyway, we're going to tour, and as soon as we have more info, you'll ****en know about it. Up ya bum, and GO HAWKS. gordy" copypaste wikipedia |
cool. I still remember when they had that argument with Jackie o. Hilarious.
|
Metro is way easy to find dude it's on George street pretty much opposite the cinemas.
Frenzal Rhomb are amazing, I don't think they've ever rehearsed in their lives but they are just too much fun. |
does anyone know people anywhere apart from the parking complex near the metro that i could park because it shuts at 11 and i don't know when frenzal would finish
thanks too gas edit: read it wrong. shuts at 12 and 2 bands wouldn't go for more than 4 hours would it? |
Parking's a nightmare bro.
|
it's always a nightmare when comin home from a concert.
coming home from the who we didn't leave the acer parking lot for about 1 hour after we got to our car. |
Yeah I just meant parking near George St. I find after a concert it's best to chill for a bit before you head for the parking lot if you can. Grab a snack or whatever. Or have take-away in the car haha.
|
are the parking complexes worth trying out? i'm sure they won't shut at exactly 12 because alot of cars will be parked there.
|
I've never really used them personally. They're probably fine, I just wouldn't push my luck too far on the closing times.
Is public transport out of the question? It's generally the way to go for gigs in the city. |

gas you should do this on the next tiger panic |
The song or the instrument?
 Maybe I could experiment with musical glasses and things if I get my microphone back. |

haz that is the best thing i have seen today.
|
I wonder how you know how to set the glasses up.
Clearly you'd want at least 12 for one octave, to have a decent range on the instrument maybe you'd want at least two, probably three full octaves so that's 36 glasses. I think you need real crystal glasses for it to work right too so it'd cost a freaking mint. Can probably get a cool effect with glass bottles or whatever. I will try it out I think. |
the metro is wicked, possibly my favourite venue in sydney
im not too sure bout parking hey, when i went me and my mate just caught trains to town hall you could try parking somewhere nearby thats like a 10 minute walk or so in other news the chick i met saturday night accepted my facebook invite and commented me so now i dont feel like as much of a stalker anymore! excellent night :D |
Haha ah, the facebook generation.

Playing some GTAIV again. I lost all my mad skills.

Australia bungled the cricket.
I nursed a drowning moth back to health. It's not the first time I've done it, I think I deserve an honourary lepidoptery degree or something. |
I hate creepy dudes like that hey. I'm obsessed with keeping girls I know safe from those types. I know some sweet chicks but to be honest most of them aren't smart enough to take care of themselves in real life.
Gurls needs ta be married off so us mens can look after dems. I know guys who seriously think like that. Glad some of us aren't freaks gaslight. |
I don't have much faith in the whole marriage thing. I could only see myself getting married if I somehow end up with a religious girl and there's a lot of pressure from her end to make it official in that sense.
But yeah I am pretty glad some of us aren't freaks. Don't get me wrong, I know a few great girls but I know far too many who are missing some important brain parts. |
I didn't have much faith in the idea until recently. I think i'll propose to Sally eventually.
|
