Today, our whole school got evacutated.

Really? What happened?

We had like 12 bomb threats in one year in 8th grade. It was sweet. We got to sit outside all day, missing class. Got annoying after like the 7th time though.

We had a bomb threat when I was in like 5th grade.

Then, in 8th grade, we had this drill where we sat outside for like two hours and did nothing.

Well during the period before my lunch they came over the announcements and were like "We will now have a brief evacuation DRILL. you can make a quick stop at your lockers to get your coats due to the cold weather and snow. it will take no more than 10 minutes." But then we were all herded out of the school like in a firedrill only we had to go like super far away from the school. And then all these police cruisers showed up. And after about an hour the put everyone in the gym but half the students called their parents or just left.
Turns out there was a bomb threat.
And we all got out of our afternoon classes.

Haha they said it was a drill?

When we get threats they lock us into the school not take us out :-\

One time some dude brought a homemade bomb to the other high school in my town and then we got to go into "lockdown". It was lame.

I've been on a London Underground train and there was a bomb threat.

Not fun.

They said it was a drill so that no one freaked.

We go into lockdown about twice a year. But it's only so that they can look for drugs. And then arrest the kid with the drugs in peace. If they don't need to find the drugs on the kid... they just arrest them out in the open.

My school is pretty damn hood.

When we get threats no one freaks everyone just gossips about what it was :-\

We do sometimes, other times they just check our lockers anyways. Once a year they bring in drug dogs though. A bunch of people have gotten expelled for having knives and sh[I]i[/I]t but that's it really. Drugs are just a somewhat minor suspension here.

My town is tiny so it isn't too "hood" :p

Since there isn't anything else to do in my town... people do drugs.

Same here. They can't do anything if you're high already.

My town sounds very similar to yours.

My school sucks...I think Spence knows why but he hates me so he'll tell you anyway.

I go to an all-boy Catholic high school...and I'm a heterosexual atheist. :(

Not really.

Although the amount of negros in the hallways is increasing greatly. As is the number of fights.

There was a big ordeal a while back because my friend wrote in the newspaper, something about 'the you know whos crowding the hallways.' I'm not a racist and I have nothing against them, but it's completely true. They always go to the same hallway and get into fights and do stupid stuff and it's hard to get through.
