Foreign people piss me off sometimes. That sounds complete insensetive, but the amount of customer services and telemarketers who I can't understand, and who also have no idea what they are talking about is ridiculous

Foreign Lady: Hi, this is NTL broadband customer services how may I help you?

Me: Hi, um, we accidentally cut through the cable for our modem and we were wondering how quickly someone could be sent out to repair it?

FL: I'm sorry, our systems have been down for a while now. Can you tell me what's wrong?

Me: ...The cable to connect to our modem has been cut through.

FL: What lights are on the front of the modem?

Me: The power and the PC. There should be another saying it's connected to the Internet, but it isn't connected.

FL: Have you tried plugging the cable in?

Me: ...The cable which has been cut?

FL: If you plug in the cable, then turn it back you should get all the lights saying you are connected

Me: /hangs up

They were alright. The best Scrubs moment is when the black nurse says "Where's the patient with elzheimers(sp?) who likes to tackle people?" and then you see him tackle JD while yelling "WHO AM I??"

I have a new thing now. I basically kept telling myself that I would by post-it notes so I would remember things I had to do. However, I kind of kept forgetting to buy them.

One day I had to get a marker (Sorry you Americans, a "sharpie") to use to write on DVD-Rs. So I started writing things I have to do on my desk. I don't know why, I just did.
