Everyone watch Harvey Birdman Attorney At Law! It's hilarious!

Cookies on a dowel!

You should smile at people. I started smiling at people when someone Israeli pointed out to me that people in the English activist community never smile at each other, while in Israel people practically have sex from ten feet away from all the smiling. So I started smiling at people, and then they smile at me, and it's nice to spread the love around. It's a bit embarassing at first, but then you get to liking it.
Harvey Birdman is pretty funny. Aqua Teen is also incredible.

I'm not really a smiles person. When I smile it always looks fake and forced. I also walk like 3 times as fast as most people so it wouldn't be worth it anyway. I like my fast-paced-always-look-pissed-off-about-something walk.

Special Brew 02-14-2006 09:43 PM

Man, I'm seriously lacking some typing skills. I messed up almost the entire last sentence on my previous post.

I have that.

RIP Ian Curtis 02-15-2006 12:11 AM

I cruise. Very slowly, with am amicable expression on my face. So I usually look like a stoned hippy wandering aimlessly. One example where appearances are not decieving.

TakeWarning 02-15-2006 02:51 AM

I always walk with an angry expression on my face, to make myself look tough.

Biscuit_box 02-15-2006 03:54 AM

I walk really fast, according to other people and have no expression whatsoever. Some guy calls me general Grevais or something like that 'cause I walk really fast and am quite tall with longer legs than most Irish midgets. I'm a "get from A to B a.s.a.p." kind of person. Especially when there is girls or music involved.

coheneran 02-15-2006 05:12 AM

What about sitting in a train? I can't help but make eye contact with people on the train. I guess it doesn't help that as soon as someone walks into a carriage, I'm the first thing they see (well, 'gape at' is probably more correct).

RIP Ian Curtis 02-15-2006 08:06 AM

why do they gape at you Eran?

Biscuit_box 02-15-2006 09:48 AM
why do they gape at you Eran?
'Cause he's sexy.

This Bike Is A Pipe Bomb are playing in London tommorow, fiver entrance. Hey Joe, if you get the time on Friday, come to the squat in Russell Square between 12 and 3pm. I'll be working in the cafe' and we have some incredible coffee, grown by a tribe in the Chiapas mountain, fair trade of course. Some guy just got kidney failure because he drank too much of it over the weekend. Now THAT'S good coffee.

http://londonsocialcentre.org.uk/

That's the website (it's under construction, so there's only one page with the "manifesto" and the address). The squat is on the NW corner of Russell Square I think. If you go from Russell Square station and walk up towards the Square and keep in a straight line with the station, it's on the far corner (across the road from the British Museum).

Yeah that's pretty much me except people don't call me General Grevais.

ThisUserIsAPipebomb 02-15-2006 02:26 PM

Greivous.

General Greivous.

Lol, I thought he meant Gervais, like Ricky Gervais.

seperation of church and state wne to hell today.

in my blocked world history we were studying about hebrews and it ended with almost everybody debating about religion. it was kind of interesting, however considering there were 5 jews and 2 muslims in our class

Blocked World History? Is that like what we were talking about in the Social Thread? The history of the people who lost/the stuff they don't want you to know they did?
Blocked World History? Is that like what we were talking about in the Social Thread? The history of the people who lost/the stuff they don't want you to know they did?
its not, but I would pay to be in such a class. that would be amazing.

all it means is that i have world history for a 2-period block for only one semester.

but wow, what a great class that would be....

xFEAR-AND-LOATHINGx 02-15-2006 07:40 PM

What would be a good song to start a Tiger Army mix off with?
Lol, I thought he meant Gervais, like Ricky Gervais.
Ricky Gervais is awesome. I love the Office. Have you heard his podcast show? It's hilarious.

RudeBoyStompin 02-15-2006 08:01 PM

Man, Public Enemy kicks so much a'ss.

Brain Toad 02-15-2006 08:01 PM
What would be a good song to start a Tiger Army mix off with?
None, because Tiger Army sucks

Special Brew 02-15-2006 08:53 PM
None, because Tiger Army sucks
Eh, psychobilly in general sucks, save a few bands.

RudeBoyStompin 02-15-2006 09:12 PM

Yeah, I'm not big on psychobilly. Rockabilly is much better.

Brain Toad 02-15-2006 09:13 PM

Good psychobilly is just that, good.

Tiger Army and Horrorpops give psychobilly a bad name.

RudeBoyStompin 02-15-2006 09:15 PM

All I know is Brian Setzer > Any psychobilly I've ever heard.

sketchyjoe 02-16-2006 03:33 AM

Nick tells the truth.
Ricky Gervais is awesome. I love the Office. Have you heard his podcast show? It's hilarious.
Oh GOD! The Office was so shit! It was so boring, and the only jokes were the lame kind of jokes that don't have any structure, just someone embarassing themselves and not recognising it, like just about every Will & Grace joke. His stand-up is pretty good though, and his new show about small-time actors is really really funny. But The Office sucked, and The American Office sucks even more. Really, what was he thinking?

Brian Setzer Orchestra is psychobilly?!!1?!1/!!?

Special Brew 02-16-2006 06:14 AM
Good psychobilly is just that, good.

I mainly just hate the image of the whole deal. It's so lame and cheesy. =\

In some cases, the music's pretty good, like with The Cramps.

_JR 02-16-2006 07:52 AM
