This is true. I remember because there was some Pokemon that got a good move if you stopped it from evolving. Can't remember which one, though.

I almost thought of having that done, actually, but I would want it to be the full length of my back. I am a bit weary about having tattoos done, though.

I will probably end up having a sleeve that goes into a chest piece that then goes down the opposite side, though.
