what's a tres cheap one?

If you meant a cheap new one, then definitely tell me about it.

I am pretty mad: I was kind of looking into a new crash cymbal and one day i saw a Used 17" A Custom crash. Tried it out and it was the sound i wanted. It was $130 but things happened at the store to make me hesitate so i decided not to buy anything yet. The next weekend i went down to buy it but it was already taken. Now i'm looking online and trying to find one in that condition (the one at guitar center looked brand new) and for a good price.

So i basically missed out on a killer deal.
Istanbul Agop ftw.

I can only find projection crashes...

fishbulb 02-07-2007 07:20 PM

Me too. That's why it's hard. Some ebay actions will say 17" A Custom but will actually turn out to be a 17" A Custom Projection. It's disappointing.

EDIT: Next time i go to Guitar Center i'll talk to them and see how low they can go for a new one and a stand.

Bah?

EDIT: its a projection crash...

fishbulb 02-07-2007 07:28 PM

I emailed that guy and he said that he didn't have any pictures of it.

No pictures = no buying.

Berk 02-07-2007 08:04 PM

So thinking of band names,

I need one. Im in like a powerpop-indie type band I guess.
I was thinking:
Sing The Body, Electric.
The Dull Sword
Say Nothing Of The Genocide

fishbulb 02-07-2007 08:06 PM

What a weird type of music.

Berk 02-07-2007 08:07 PM

The sing body electric or something...

Im trying to find stuff off of old books and poems..

Zildjian makes ungodly awful flat rides.

The Paiste sig flat ride is decent if riveted. Otherwise, Istanbul is the only company that really blows me away with flat rides. Bosphorus has some okay ones too.

poopoogaypoonn 02-07-2007 08:26 PM

you have nice boobs.

Undisco Kidd 02-07-2007 08:26 PM
