Hint: If he's blind and it's POV-shot you wouldn't see anything.

Maybe he's not completely blind though. Just like 80% blind and you can use the uncertainty of what he's seeing to create a sense of doubt for the audience over just what is happening. Plus you could get away with him doing things you couldn't show in clear shots, but can get away with hinting at.
