The band is called [i]The Shizit[/i] and they play a heavy brand of industrial that seems to have a pretty strong hardcore punk influence... the album is free (legally) and really good:

[b]Edit:[/b] I had only listened to the first two tracks when I posted this, but I just finished it... this is easily the coolest industrial album released this year (at least that I've heard). It's got awesome riffs, it's heavy as ****, cool samples and tons of energy.

Yeah this song Chris linked me to is ****ing amazing, in a disturbing, satirical kind of manner.

Much of the album is pretty funny/bad pop music. I'm sort of in the mood for this type of thing though.
