Mystic River was really good. I probably like it more than Sleepy Hollow.

And yes, Christopher Walken is great.

Just like in real life.

Kibuddy 10-14-2005 02:09 PM

So I just had a brutal math test... 90 minutes of mathematical torture...

Chameleon 10-14-2005 02:11 PM

SUcks to be you ^ :p

Kibuddy 10-14-2005 02:12 PM
SUcks to be you ^ :p
Yeah... Especially seeing as I'm expecting no more than a 60 (failing at my school, not sure about others) and it's a huge test...

Radiobass81 10-14-2005 02:14 PM

DubyaJoe: Was it always only three stars? I always thought you had four...

What kind of math?

Kibuddy 10-14-2005 02:16 PM
What kind of math?
Solving systems of equations with matrices. The actual solving part is easy; it's setting up the problems that I suck at.

I really can't stand matrices. I'm so glad I'm done with them. They are honestly the most pointless things ever.

Do you have a TI-83 available to you?

Yup. It proved to be EXTREMELY helpful. I would have been so lost without it.
FMB, where on the carvin site do I go to order those nuts?

I usually spend more time in class writing programs to do work for me than I do actually DOING the work.

It actually helps me learn the formulas better, and gives me a cool program to sell. :)

FunkMetalBass 10-14-2005 02:24 PM
Hows that work? A 5 string nut wouldnt fit any five string huh?
Well, if you don't mind doing a bit of work yourself, I'd get the ungrooved one. It is bigger (better guarantee for fitting) and you can customize it.

But yes, the nut should fit just fine. Maybe a bit of trimming on the sides.

My teacher will actually give us a program here and there if we can prove to him we understand the formulas. Good thing, too, since I don't know how to program stuff.

Shyanel 10-14-2005 02:31 PM

hey y'all, i'm back for a bit. What's going down in groove town?

It's actually quite simple.
I have a rather thin neck(12mm spacing) so just get the ungroved fiver and trim the sides?
Precisely. But, you'll have to make your own grooves for the strings, which is sometimes difficult. For only $3.99, I'd buy the grooved and ungrooved 5-er nut.

Shyanel 10-14-2005 02:36 PM

Darnit, the casual is lagging me up too much, i'm missing about 90 posts in loading time. I'll catch you all later when my mum isn't whoring our bandwidth.

No clue. I pay with money order through their mail catalogues.

pukeboy66 10-14-2005 02:43 PM

what would be the point of running limewire kazaa and winmx at the same time ...

FunkMetalBass 10-14-2005 02:47 PM
what would be the point of running limewire kazaa and winmx at the same time ...
I don't know. I was just trying to think of ways to whore up bandwidth.

My sister runs all 4 at once...
DubyaJoe: Was it always only three stars? I always thought you had four...
Seriously mate, I had no idea I had them at all. I was talking to Chris (fatbandit) on MSN the other day and I realised I had stars, he explained the rep thing to me. :)

But as far as I can tell from the rep post in the "site" bit of the forum, I would have 4 stars if I had 3000 posts...why? How long have I had stars for?!
