I am reading the Bell Jar.

It's okay. I could have done without the puke part, though.

How could you not know that it was Jason!?

He's been plastered all over like every drum magazine since he got the gig!

i just got through watching the movie Sicko a few moments ago.

i'm not making this claim solely off of the movie, i've felt this way for years after seeing/reading many things on the topic and taking some political science courses in college, but america is a piece of **** country in comparison to so many other countries.

i'm not the least bit anti-american, but this country is really lacking in so many ways.

the_pure_drummer 01-18-2008 03:47 PM

Just watched a documentary on a year with J.K Rowling.

Was extremely interesting :)

Cool movie. Best part was when he took the 9/11 rescue workers down to Guatanamo (obvious spelling error) Bay. Good stuff.

TimJim 01-18-2008 04:36 PM

AWESOME VIDEO! That is some amazing playing.

LoneStarDrummer 01-18-2008 05:33 PM

yeah that's a cool video. i'd rather be able to do that than have $5k and day.

SgtPrimus 01-18-2008 05:35 PM

I'm thinking about doing marching band next year. Would it help me as a drummer at all? It seems like it takes up a lot of time, and most of the kids that are in it are bags of fag. I go to a private school, so it isn't very big, if that matters.

yeah, i can't believe how cool the medical system was in cuba.

less than 5 cents (USD) for medicine that normally cost the lady $120 USD.

BummerJonny 01-18-2008 05:37 PM

haha

had a uni interview today, one of the questions asked was:

theatre isnt a very high paid industry, are you happy with that, if so, why?

SgtPrimus 01-18-2008 05:38 PM

They do leave out a lot of flaws from other countries medical systems. Although I do think the US needs to fix our medical system.

he did delve a little into the stereotypes of socialized health care. he talked about how canadians don't have to wait a long *** time to get care, the doctors aren't poorly trained, and the hospitals aren't run down.

also he mentioned how doctors working for the govt. aren't receiving **** salaries like some would think.

he tackled a lot of the flaws people assume are associated with other country's health care systems. however, he didn't actually mention any real flaws.

perhaps they don't have any......(surely they do)

bobby__johnny 01-18-2008 06:05 PM
