Hey Lemoley, not bad thanks, how about you?

neal_672 05-07-2005 02:20 PM
Haha, cool. Jack is generally my escape from heavy music. I like Lamb of God, Slipknot, Bury Your Dead, Trust Company, Remembering Never, Chevelle, etc and then Jack is in there to balance me out every now and then!
 quite a difference. jack is so awesome he really is, exactly the kind of scene i'm into :thumb:

lemoley 05-07-2005 02:21 PM

Jack Johnson, Acousticy type artist, very surfer rock :thumb:

Spaceman Spiff 05-07-2005 02:30 PM

Oh, I know Jack Johnson.
I used to think he was alright, but eventually I stopped liking him. I'm not quite sure why, he's just not for me.

neal_672 05-07-2005 02:32 PM

Hmmmm he's EXACTLY the type of music i love, so he's one of my faves, but different strokes different folks :thumb:

My Egg Must Be Boiled!

fatbandit 05-07-2005 02:38 PM

May I be the one to boil your egg?

neal_672 05-07-2005 02:40 PM

OMG! Wombles! Wombles ruled!

fatbandit 05-07-2005 02:41 PM

Hehe, my postcount is 2112. Well, not anymore. Pity I don't even like Rush.

Spaceman Spiff 05-07-2005 02:48 PM

I remember when I first got my 6 string how afraid I was of snapping the C string when popping on it. It turns out it can take a hell of a lot of punishment though.

It's gonna suck whenever I replace them though, elixers are expensive, I just like them too much.

neal_672 05-07-2005 02:50 PM

I can't get my recording cable to work. Bollocks...

lemoley 05-07-2005 02:51 PM

oh well guys im outter here see ya

fatbandit 05-07-2005 02:52 PM

I'm still considering buying flats. But I have no way of trying them before buying! And 5 string flat sets aren't cheap!

fatbandit 05-07-2005 02:54 PM

Farewell, fair lemoley!

Radiobass81 05-07-2005 02:56 PM

You should buy flats anyway, because, even if you don't like them, you can keep them around as backup. Since they can't actually die on you, you have not to worry about that.

neal_672 05-07-2005 02:58 PM
Farewell, fair lemoley!
 what time do you think we live in? The 1600's?

fatbandit 05-07-2005 02:59 PM

No, but I wouldn't want backup strings that I hate... I have a set of semi dead super slinkies as backup at the moment.

fatbandit 05-07-2005 03:00 PM

No, I am using the language what I 'ave been brought up with. I just happen to think lemoley is particularly fair...

:naughty:

neal_672 05-07-2005 03:01 PM

 ah well fair enough then...

fatbandit 05-07-2005 03:04 PM

Yes. Indeed it is fair, fair Neal! How art thou on this fine Saturday eve?

neal_672 05-07-2005 03:06 PM

Quite good, but very bored as you well know my young Hobbit!

neal_672 05-07-2005 03:11 PM

Ah **** no All American Rejects playing Leeds festival, what is the world coming to :amaze:

Spaceman Spiff 05-07-2005 03:12 PM

0mgz, eye'm bass1ng r1ght n0wz!!!11

fatbandit 05-07-2005 03:13 PM

 You are gutted!

Please don't tell me you really are gutted...?

Spaceman Spiff 05-07-2005 03:14 PM

All American Rejects are terrible.

And on the topic of me bassing, I just wrote a little riff.
I can write riffs, just not complete songs. :(

neal_672 05-07-2005 03:15 PM

I'm pissed off, they're the biggest pile of wank ever!

fatbandit 05-07-2005 03:17 PM

I fall short at riffs! I just can't write...

Wait, so I have no presence, less than average talent, no writing ability...

Why am I still trying to be in bands...?

:upset:

neal_672 05-07-2005 03:18 PM

Yes AAR are one of the worst bands i have ever heard. Ever...

neal_672 05-07-2005 03:19 PM

I can write more chordal stuff, Riffs and Lyrics are my weaker points...

fatbandit 05-07-2005 03:20 PM

No, that prize goes to Noise Next Door for me.

Gackt 05-07-2005 03:21 PM

jaco jr, wheres my stuff to download...
