ATM 01-03-2006 09:29 PM

I'd much rather listen to Piper At the Gates of Dawn.

Kurtz 01-03-2006 09:33 PM

Piper rules. A Momentary Lapse of Reason is just meh.

NP Radiohead - Optimistic

I've been on a Kid A binge all week.

Gilmour 01-03-2006 09:44 PM

Piper is overated

But Kid A is great.

ATM 01-03-2006 09:51 PM

Just because an album is overated doesn't make it bad.

And most people here know that I am obsessed with Radiohead. :)

Kurtz 01-03-2006 09:54 PM

Definitely a band worth obsessing over.

One question though, is Anmesiac really worth getting?

Gilmour 01-03-2006 09:54 PM

I didnt say it was bad did I?

TojesDolan 01-03-2006 09:55 PM

Your old username talk bad about you. :p

EDIT: to slug that is rofl

Anyhow, I wouldn't mind living all my life listening to Wish you were here.

Or animals.

But not the division bell. The division bell is not exactly great.
One question though, is Anmesiac really worth getting?
Depends on your mood actually. I have and I only listen to it when I feel like going trippy, but not too trippy.

I could never listen to one thing my entire life. Unless some phenominal band creates one album made up of a ridiculously over the top number of CD's, like twelve, then I'd get bored. I always crave new muic.

Happy birthday and happy postcount brother.

That's a literal sentence, actually. There's always something fresh and new to listen to. But... mmm... Maybe Weezer's Blue album is near that.

I think that it is.

I have a few friends that don't like it, but I'd suggest picking it up if you like the other Radiohead albums.

Thanks d00d :)

Music has such variety that someone's always going to figure out something great.

I like mostly all of Weezer's singles, but I've neglected to pick up one of their albums. I'm pretty content with just listening to them occasionally, but they're probably on the list of bands to look into further.

Leper 01-03-2006 11:23 PM

I was within inches of buying Weezer's Blue album last time I was shopping, but then I spotted Grace, and the rest is history.:) I'll buy it eventually though.

TojesDolan 01-03-2006 11:26 PM

Oh Yes.

Jeff Buckley and his everlasting sense of accomplishment that his music brings to my persona.

Unless you're not talking about Buckley. :shifty:

Gilmour 01-03-2006 11:28 PM

He isnt*

*is

I want to buy the Legacy Edition, but it is just so expensive :-/

TheDMV 01-03-2006 11:33 PM

Triple OT! I should really be in bed, but my sanity depends on the remainder of this game. It's like the National Championship game a few years back.
anyone know how to rip DVDs onto an IPOD video?
I think if you were to rip it onto your comp with PowerDVD in mpeg format you should be able to put it on your iPod, but maybe it has to be in mov format since it's a Mac product... not really sure to tell ya the truth.
