Not too bad. School is rather stressful, but you get that. Other than that, I'm exactly the same as I always have been. All I do is school, bass, and see my girlfriend.

I'm trying to raise my grades so I can get in the best school in Puerto Rico.

I want a Precision REALLY badly all of a sudden.

I'm in a writer's block.

I am going to an audition tomorrow to possibly play in the Heineken Jazz Fest :thumb:.

I slept in this morning and missed my first class at school. :p

My grades are actually alright so far this year. I'm on an A, a B, and three C's.

Not great, but much better than last year.

I have three A's and two B's. I need atleast a 3.5 average, with an A on math and science to get in. Those are my two B's :upset:...

I have no idea what a 3.5 is :)

Australian system is very different, I would expect.

3.5 average means you have three A's and two B's. Maybe 4 A's and 1 C.

Right. In my part of Australia, we have the TER, which is basically a percentile of you compared to everyone else in the state. The way I'm going, mine should be about...... 85-ish, I think.

Geometry is the easiest form of math I have yet encountered.

^will never be at any of thoose (now i start to keep away from schools that use regular courses..:p only schools i will go to from now are music schools...PURE Music Schools..)

well, my stuff is just a riff, with no solo :upset:

I try to write melodies or grooves, and fail in both.

Meh. I'm incredibly unhappy with most of my music. It really gets to me sometimes - music is what I want to do, but I'm barely ever happy with the music that I write.

mmmmm.... i dunno... i dont think that people are honest with me when i ask them what they think of my bands songs, so i dunno if im good or not.. we write them togheter, our songs just.... become songs...

Again, that's debatable. I wouldn't say that I'm really that good at all, I just practice a lot.

i think im gonna start doing like geddy lee.... jam for hours, and then sit for days listening for what that is good..

Not to mention, your playing isn't sloppy.

For some reason, after almost two years, I still can't get used to my bass' neck...

i've only been playing bass for less than a year and only seriously for about 6 months but i still get frustrated at my severe lack of talent

I've been playing for six years dude, in my opinion, I should be a lot better than I am.

i've been playing guitar for nearly 4 and i really think my left hand technique is FAR too shoddy for that long
