I am watching over the whole ordeal, but I'm trying to stay quiet. Probably not the greatest choice on my part, but other mods are covering my opinions quite well and I feel no reason to step in and interrupt when all I would be doing is repeating what someone else said. Plus, I am never in The Pit anymore, and I have not banned anyone or closed/deleted a thread in quite some time.

You brought your point across very well. Most mods don't think much about spamming because A) they can't be banned, and B) they have more authority than other users, so the users can't do anything about it. And some of the idiots in The Pit [I]do[/I] deserve to be flamed. Some of the stuff that pops up in there is insanely stupid.

On a lighter note, Mitch Hedberg is a comedic genius.

I think internet needs to be taken less seriously, but eh. I'm not going to jump in with that because people are being mature about it.

Dane Cook isn't that funny imo. My gf loves him but I'm kinda like, eh. Mitch wasn't that funny at first either though. But I've developed a sense of humor since then.
