yes that number

magicbus 09-19-2004 07:54 AM

How do you check the number?

Broken Arrow 09-19-2004 08:02 AM

I think you click on the number of posts when you are looking through the

EDIT:too slow

MalcolmYoungRock 09-19-2004 09:07 AM

There's a lot of people who only posted one post then left.

I believe most of those posts went

"I think Led Zeppelin is cool"

then they walked off.
Giles, that's him. He's...he's nuts.
I like him.

RockAndRoll 09-19-2004 10:32 AM
I wish Bruford still played for Yes. I saw Yes already this year and it was Alan White, but I wish Bruford was there instead. Alan White is great, but Bruford, as the original member was a better arranger/composer. Well, at least he played for King Crimson.
I've been told Yes is a great show to go to though.

MalcolmYoungRock 09-19-2004 10:40 AM

Bumpage :)

RockAndRoll 09-19-2004 10:42 AM

stop bumping the thread, if you want to bump it at least put something semi-interesting.

slowhand 09-19-2004 10:55 AM

Anyone here a fan of Derek and the Dominos?

jpj 09-19-2004 10:56 AM

what gov't mule cd should i get?

RockAndRoll 09-19-2004 11:01 AM
Anyone here a fan of Derek and the Dominos?
I think everyone knows them a little bit but I don't think we have any religious followers.

slowhand 09-19-2004 11:09 AM

I don't think there should be, they only released one album. But I think it's great, I love them, specially the solos, and the 3 guitar duels. And love those Bell Bottom Blues.

Eric Clapton and Duane Allman in the same album... that's awesome.

RockAndRoll 09-19-2004 11:11 AM

do we have any religious clapton followers? I mean sure we all love him and acknowledge him as a god of rock but do we have any religious ones here like we have for the dead, jeff healey, or like some of those one post people were to zeppelin?

jpj 09-19-2004 11:14 AM

i dont think we do. no ones answered my question yet :upset:

Wait until badmoon gets here, I wouldn't be in any place to tell you which one to get seeing as I have none of them. But I'm sure he's already suggested some if you care to seacrh the thread.

slowhand 09-19-2004 11:18 AM

Well, maybe I'm a religious follower of Clapton, or at least the closest thing we have here to one (if you didn't know, my avatar is a shot of Clapton and 'Slowhand' is Clapton nickname).

guitarist369 09-19-2004 11:20 AM

there's alot of pages in this thread,****

It's not a terribly good shot of clapton. I've got a shot of cream as my backgrund on my computer and Wheels of fire is in my avatar.

slowhand 09-19-2004 11:22 AM

I know it's not a good shot of Clapton, but I like it. It's when he was playing as part of the one time supergroup, the Dirty Macs. Their only appearence, the Rolling Stones Rock 'n Roll Circus.

BludgeonySteve 09-19-2004 11:23 AM

Pfft I donb't worship healey, he's insanely good but i'm not to a badmoon-ish point of worshiping him (as badmoon worships The dead).

Ha, badmoon enjoys his postcount++ from posting that whole convo.

MalcolmYoungRock 09-19-2004 11:25 AM

I'm sure he does.

Anyway, I got Van Halen and Appetite for Destruction.

I was able to get both because Van Halen was 9 bucks :).

I started writing the review today.

Yes, the only reason he's in my avatar is because of the mullet.

(in actual fact, "hell to pay" was the only album in which he had a mullet for)

2 great debut albums. Leading me to my next question which band or solo artist has the bets debut albums??

jpj 09-19-2004 12:36 PM

led zeppelin, I think most would agree that their first 2 were their best

Hotdogman 09-19-2004 12:46 PM

I would consider AC/DC classic rock, definatly
