Free Healthcare... doesn't exist. It is either going to come out in Taxes or I pay it myself. Judging from how GREAT the "healthcare" that the elderly get through the Government I definitely DO NOT want them controlling my health care.

Why do people always assume people who dis-like Obama loved Bush? Bush was O.K.~ the whole civil liberties issue kind of sticks out like a sore thumb when you talk about Bush. The Iraq war is something that should have been finished in his father's time, but we were too sissy back then.

Obama has pretty much said let me raise your taxes a lot in 2014 and let the Government run your life. These are things I'm apposed to. He ran as a moderate, and has been nothing but left wing. He is, at best, moderate if Crazy Liberals are your far left and "Blue Dog" democrats are your far right. There are numerous issues I have with Obama.

I mean the last Dem President, Bill Clinton, at least had his wife driving his motivations. He received a backlash just like Obama has and decided to go Moderate -- which his views are. He then obviously got no pussy afterwards and had to resort to Monica L. to get his rocks off. I can respect that. :smash:



I'm sure I'll never be able to convince some one who doesn't live in the states, but big government isn't really that great. I mean hell, if Obama had let the Bush Tax Cuts expire we would have the highest business tax in the [u]world[/u]. That is sure to attract businesses like a moth to a flame right? P.S. - Yes, out of the three Presidents that I remember the elections of I would rank Clinton > Bush > Obama. All I can really hate Bill for is the Housing bubble which eventually popped during Bush's era, and he then forth got blamed for it.

Interesting to see how much LFD contributes in income tax, if you were in the highest tax bracket I could understand a petty gripe of having to subside public services or free healthcare etc. If you're in the lower brackets, idk man a system like the NHS sounds like a sweet dealio to me.

If I ever find a job that is actually in my field (Electrical/Computer Engineering) I'll most likely be in 28%.


While my Dad was alive my parents jointly were in the 33%.

LFD is a moron, there's no other way to put it. I had this long winded explanation of why his assumptions don't hold water, especially about how Bush is better than Obama and how LFD's trivial points about Obama and why he doesn't like him are simply asinine. All of that for the point of people going oh man josh is so great, LFD u in trouble in nigga, but then I realized that he used the word "apposed" for the word "opposed" and there wasn't really any point.

His points are as hollow and generic as they can possibly get and basically boil down to, "I don't like Obama for some reason, but I like Bush and Clinton for some reason." He's crying about paying taxes, missing the point that the middle class has the paid the lowest taxes in sometime. Don't expect LFD to realize that, he's juvenile and shallow minded. LFD, you complain about taxes? What do you think about 900 billion dollars being spent on unnecessary wars? What do you think about 9 and a half billion dollars of tax payer money up and vanishing in Iraq? 10 billion dollars in overcharging to Halliburton? Never mind all of the social events of the war, including more than a 150,000 dead civilians. But that's okay, your gripe about Obama comes to taxes and how you'll have to pay for health care with tax money. Doesn't surprise me that you're misinformed on the fact that a national health care option, just the option of everyone having health care, eliminates a lot of the personal financial burden of people who are and are not insured. The insured no longer have to pay additional taxes that take care of people who are not insured, because there aren't any, and the people who were uninsured do not have to pay a higher price for the same level of care that the insured do.

But all of this is irrelevant because it's a shame Bush got blamed for the housing bubble.
