Yeah just found all of their albums on a blog. Might as well get them all.

will look it up then.

got anything else to recommend? liking 'singer-songwriter' + indie, electronic, ambient... whatever type stuff atm. anything kinda calm, I guess.

lets see...im digging this guy from Israel named Amit Erez. hes sort of like the Elliott Smith of Israel. also a folk singer named A.A. Bondy is really good. theres this shoegaze/indie band called Black Cab that are pretty good, their album Jesus East is excellent. also the album art is cool. also get some stuff by In A Nutshell, good indie band that takes a progressive approach to their writing. too much stuff to list atm haha

@ Rid

Damien Rice - O
Fiest - The Reminder
Lisa Hannagan - Sea Sew
Eluvium - Copia
Bon Iver - For Emma, Forever Ago
Elliot Smith - XO

Go nuts.

What is this Jeff, looks enticingly good?

jrowa001 10-07-2008 11:03 PM

its a post-rock album but not a cliche post-rock album. very jazzy and is a bit more exciting to listen to. kind of hard to explain. a good band out of Tokyo. worth checking out for sure
