Superpeer...despite The Rasmus playing there...I would've killed to be on Rockwerchter this year...you Belgians always steal the great bands every festival season. This Dutch festival season sucks.

I went to Werchter last year...I got kicked out just when Radiohead started playing...it was bad enough missing Björk...and all the other great bands that were there last year.

Poppinfresh: that was...annoying.

Haha, why did you get kicked out?

There were a lot of dutch people there, this year.

And the Dutch bands were so much better than the Belgian bands (Within Temptation, Heideroosjes).
I probably skipped a lot of bands that you would have wanted to see though, although I did see the pixies.

Are you sarcastic? ...Belgian bands are pretty good compared to Dutch: dEUS, Millionaire, Hooverphonic, Novastar, 2 Many DJ's, Sparklehorse...all great stuff. Meanwhile, we have Kane, Anouk, Die-Rect, Intwine, Spanner, V-Male...and all that other commercial rock. Even if you hate the bands I mentioned...they are way better than commercial rock in Holland.

Ik ben weggetrapt uit Werchter omdat mijn vouchers werden ingewisseld voor ongeldige festivalkaartjes door de balie...het was hel. Nu kan ik er wel om lachen...hehehe.

En nee, 'k was niet sarcastisch, de bands die je opnoemde behoren niet echt tot mijn favorieten, zeker 2 many dj's niet, die David Bowie kwamen vervangen op Werchter, was ik even teleurgesteld. :mad:
Sommige zijn best wel ok, ik denk dat beide lage landen wel leuke dingen hebben, Nederlandse bands hebben meestal wel meer succes, though. Voor iemand die van Alternatieve rock houdt is België waarschijnlijk wel beter, ja.
