sings...
"As I lay here lying on my bed, Sweet voices come into my head. What it is I wanna know, Please won't you tell me it's got to go. There's a feeling that's inside me, Telling me to get away. But I'm so tired of living, I might as well end today." |
This is kind of off topic, but with Ozzfest how does the rotating slot thing work?
In years past they rotated the second stages bands order. Like one day Throwdown would go first, then the next day God Forbid would go first. Lamb of God, Hatebreed and Slipknot stayed the same because they headlined the 2nd stage. :thumb: Go to both fests if you can. Do it for my lack of Maiden. |
Bumpage...
BTW I gave up learning Still Life, bloody awkward song. |
see previous page...

|
Why wouldn't they play Run to the Hills?
They will, it is on NOTB. |
Why wouldn't they play Run to the Hills?
they've played it at all gigs for...however many years. they may want to play something different. personally i think they will still play it, its one of their signature tracks |
They didn't play it during the Blaze days (well not that I'm aware of) and they didn't play it on the Seventh Tour of a Seventh tour.
|
Bumpage...

Run To The Hills wouldn't match with SSOASS anyway.
|
They rarely played Run to the Hills on the BNW tour as well, I believe Rio was the only date they actually played it.
|
I wish Maiden would come to Canada, specifically Montreal... :upset:
|
Can't wait for the Ozzfest.

Yeah that is true. Apparently, they hadn't rehearsed it for a long time |
but they played it and it was brilliant
but the whole point of the early days tour is to play ongs that haven't been played for a while and RTTH was played last time I know that other stuff was too but... hallowed be thy name pwns run to the hills |
I just read an article in Metal Hammer about Maiden, and as it turns out; The Dance of Death live DVD will be the last part of the Iron Maiden History, it will be released in the early Autumn. But they said that the subsequent DVDs after will fill in the gaps.
|
Ash have passed me yet? :p
I reeeeeeeeeeealy want that Maiden England VHS.....:upset: |

Wasn't Maiden England released in 1992?

Who knows. Anyway, I'll be first in line for Part 2, I'll tell you that. I've watched the Early Days, including the documentary about 4 times.
